Simon Frigon - CEO
A graduate of The Ottawa University in Business, Simon has been the leader of Rustik Estate Ltd since its inception and he has had the opportunity to put his knowledge to work for some great companies. His diversified knowledge has enabled him to plan solutions across a wide variety of business sectors including Custom home building, Insurance, Government, Property management companies, Schools boards, Technology, Hotels, Industrial and Commercial. With hundreds of solutions under his belt, Simon provides a level of strategic knowledge and vision that is unparalleled in today's home building market. His construction experience combined with his in-depth knowledge of the business make him a strong and valuable asset to any potential client.

Rustik Lakefront Properties is being brought to life by Rustik Estate Ltd, a private company whose owners have strong roots in the Outaouais-Ottawa and a passion for quality real estate. Inspired by fond memories of spending summers by the lake as children, and deriving great joy from reliving the experience with their own children, is what shaped the developers’ vision for Rustik Lakefront Properties. Great care is being taken to preserve the natural beauty of the site, to build one-off homes of exceptional quality, and to transform Rustik Lakefront Properties into a valued family tradition.
Our previous work includes over 30 years in the construction and restoration industry. Our goals here are to provide our clients with accurate and timely information, making it easy for them to find and compare properties (custom homes for rent or for sale), cottage-related services, and products. They need only remember one company to simplify their search. That's a big goal, but we have the team to achieve it.
